A great clinic. Has many different services under the one roof. The nurses and reception staff are lovely, and the doctors are very high standard especially Dr Chia. The physio Ed is the best I've ever seen.

We see Dr Nyo Aung and she is a great doctor for our family. She's knowledgeable, personable, and good with children. It's easy to book and change appointments online, and all the staff are lovely.

Exceptional care. The staff are very kind and helpful. I love this clinic....Dr Chia has been looking after me for 21 years with great care, kindness and expertise... she's the best...I won't be going anywhere else...I highly recommend Thompson Road Clinic

I had an excellent experience at Thompson Road Clinic. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Sherif has been treating me for the last few years and I couldn't have found a better doctor anywhere else in Australia. Thank you so much doctor for all your support. I moved to the area 6 years ago and needed a GP for myself and my new baby at the time. I’ve never looked back. Dr Nyo is amazing. So thorough and caring. The bonus is that if she isn’t available, there are so many other fantastic doctors that can step in and I feel the same amount of confidence with their care.

Love this clinic! Been coming here for over a year now after moving from another place and the treatment here…😍😍 top tier they actually care about their patients and don’t make you feel like they’re rushing you. My daughter feels comfortable with the drs here …

Very professional and welcoming staff whenever i have had to attend for a Medical Appointment. A special mention for Dr Nyo Aung, who has been my GP for several years now. And i have always found Dr Nyo Aung to be very helpful and knowledgeable with her advice. Also very pleasant and always has time for you without rushing you. I recommend Dr Nyo Aung highly as well as the "Thompson Road Clinic ".

I came into the clinic on Friday the 18th of February for an iron infusion. I had nurse Maria treating me and she was amazing! After a bad experience last time, she made me feel so comfortable and reassured. She took her time and was so gentle when inserting the canula. She was friendly, warm and again, extremely comforting. She answered any questions I had and gave me really helpful advice on how to best recover following the infusion and how to maintain my iron levels better in the future. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I’ve been attending Thompson Road Clinic for nearly 10 years, and the quality of care has been consistently outstanding. The reception staff always greet you with a warm smile and go above and beyond to make sure every patient is treated with respect and kindness. Even during times of crisis, they remain calm, composed, and supportive. The doctors and nurses are incredibly professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. It speaks volumes that many of them have remained with the clinic for decades, a true testament to the positive environment and trust they’ve built with the community. I’m grateful to be a patient at a clinic that genuinely cares. Highly recommended.
